His global industry experience spans private equity investments in technology, finance, manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare, media, professional services, as well as many others. He is also an HR professional and executive coach committed to accountability and driving process to meet the needs of business. Charley is a results-oriented and focused leader who achieves savings and adds revenue to measurably augment company profitability. He has a B.A. from Northern Arizona University and a J.D. from New York Law School.

Jonathan’s focus is helping leaders develop and scale more effective, productive, engaged, agile, innovative, and compliant workplaces that drive business results. 20+ year career as an HR operator, strategist, consultant and employment lawyer, working with businesses of all sizes and complexity across all areas of human resources delivery, human capital strategy, HR transformation, talent program design and execution, total rewards, and technology enablement. Jonathan is highly adept at: crafting, implementing and scaling human capital strategies, solutions, processes and programs that align with business strategies and drive outcomes; identifying value drivers, assessing needs and gaps in capabilities, translating opportunities into action plans, and driving execution and organizational change. Jonathan’s career includes helping to build an innovative, high growth HR outsourcing company, deep M&A, carve out, turnaround and business transformation experience as an operating partner at a global private equity firm and consultant, acting CHRO roles for private equity portfolio companies, and leading HR Transformation & Strategy at a global HR technology and services company. Bringing a growth-oriented, forward thinking, and hands-on approach, Jonathan drives both strategic thinking and tactical execution, helping organizations get the most from their human capital investment.

Scott’s focus is aligning a company’s strategic goals with executive and employee rewards. 30+ years as a professional manager and consultant for the world’s leading private equity, financial and technology companies. As a former CPA Scott has deep technical expertise. As a Manager, leading large multinational teams, he has provided ideas, energy and ”roll up your sleeves” capability. Competencies include: due diligence, post-merger integration, board and management advisory. Experienced with: acquisitions, mergers, turn-arounds, carve-outs, workouts, IPO’s and interim HR Management. Recent highlights: Scott was SVP of Total Rewards for a Fortune 250 FinTech company, where he led the company’s HR programs related to their 2015 IPO. He held similar roles at large global banks in the US, Japan and Europe. In between, Scott spent four years as an HR Operating Executive with one of the world’s largest private investment firms, where he worked with portfolio companies around transformation and turnaround efforts involving executive and employee compensation, performance management, health, welfare, retirement, technology and business operations. Earlier in his career, Scott spent time in advisory firms including Towers Perrin and Ernst & Young, after several years in investment banking with Morgan Stanley.
